We offer direct billing to many extended health benefit providers where available. Coverage and eligibility vary by insurer and plan. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect the time of your therapist and other patients, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our fee schedule.
Please note: The 24-hour notice period is not a “sickness grace period.” If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you call us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate changes when we are notified promptly.

ICBC User Fee
Your ICBC claim covers the treatment amount approved by ICBC. If an additional user fee applies, it is payable at the time of your appointment. We’ll provide you with a receipt that can be submitted to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement, where eligible. Your physiotherapy appointment fee includes all assessment and treatment techniques your therapist feels will best support your recovery — no surprises, just comprehensive care tailored to your needs.

MSP (BC CareCard)
Patients eligible for MSP Coverage Premium Assistance are entitled to 10 treatments per calendar year partially covered under their BC CareCard. These treatments can include any combination of services from a Registered Massage Therapist, Physiotherapist, or other supplementary health providers (e.g., chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, or non-surgical podiatry).
Patients with MSP coverage are still responsible for paying the difference between the MSP rate and our private rate, which may vary depending on the length of your appointment. Once the annual MSP coverage has been used, patients are expected to pay the regular private rates. Our office can help determine your eligibility and coverage details.
Private / Extended Health Insurance (Group Benefits)
Some extended health plans require patients to pay the private rate at the time of their appointment and submit receipts for reimbursement. Receipts are provided for all visits. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage details.
Direct Billing: We can bill most private insurers directly, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses. Learn more about direct billing here.
ICBC (Motor Vehicle Accident – MVA)
We accept ICBC-related claims. If your visit is due to an automobile accident, please bring your ICBC claim number, adjuster’s name, and contact information to your appointment.
WorkSafeBC
WorkSafeBC covers visits to a Registered Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Physiotherapist at no cost for injured workers.
- You must inform your therapist if your visit is related to a workplace injury.
- Please provide your WorkSafeBC claim number and injury details at the time of your visit.
- Check with your Case Manager regarding approved treatments. Ask for email confirmation of what disciplines and sessions are covered.
- Any treatment for non-work-related conditions must be billed directly to the patient.

Veterans Affairs covers up to 15 one-hour sessions per calendar year at the therapist’s discretion. Additional sessions require authorization from the VAC Treatment Authorization Centre (TAC) and a physician’s referral.
