Jessica Kielan, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica Kielan

Jessica graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2023. After nearly 10 years of playing fast pitch softball and receiving countless modalities of treatment for her own injuries, Jessica decided she wanted to be part of the rehabilitation and prevention process that individuals experience in everyday life.

While Jessica treats a wide range of conditions, her work with first responders and their families, offers a trauma informed approach, as she comes from a family of first responders. She also works with individuals experiencing sports injuries, hypermobility, postural and muscular dysfunction, and chronic pain, as well as patients with anxiety, PTSD, and neurodiversity. Jessica also provides prenatal and postpartum massage and treats teens and youth. Each treatment is designed to best suit the individual and their condition, and all patients are welcome.

Before beginning her career in massage therapy, Jessica worked in Independent Living and gained experience supporting individuals with a variety of conditions, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other physical challenges.

Outside of work, Jessica takes any opportunity to get in the sun. She enjoys spending time outdoors, weightlifting, Pilates, yoga, painting, and watching movies.
