Holly grew up competitively dancing and often dealt with pain which led her to become a regular at her physical therapy clinic. Her motivation to become pain-free sparked her interest and now passion, for rehabilitating injury through exercise.
Maintaining a holistic approach to her treatment, Holly aims to view the body as a whole, supporting both physical and psychological well-being. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Minor in Psychology. Prior to her current practice, she gained experience in lower body biomechanics at a sports medicine clinic, treating a diverse population with devices such as custom bracing, compression garments, and more.
When she’s not working with you to lead your best active life, she is devoted to the practice of yoga, enjoys cooking nourishing meals, going to the sauna, and loves spending time outdoors.
