What to Expect

- We’ll schedule a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment in your home.
- Your physiotherapist will complete an assessment, discuss your goals, provide treatment where appropriate, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
- Ongoing treatment is provided in your home, with the option to transition to one of our clinics if and when appropriate.
Equipment We Bring
Your physiotherapist arrives with the assessment and treatment equipment needed for your visit. Depending on your treatment plan, this may include rehabilitation bands, small exercise equipment, assessment tools, and other portable treatment supplies.
Whenever possible, we’ll also incorporate items already available in your home to help make your exercises practical and easy to continue between appointments.
Fees & Coverage
- Extended Health Benefits: Many extended health insurance plans include coverage for physiotherapy. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual plan.
- ICBC Claims: In-home physiotherapy may be available for eligible ICBC claims.
- Direct Billing: Direct billing may be available for select insurance providers.
- Private Pay: In-home physiotherapy is available for patients with or without extended health insurance coverage.
