ADHD & Counselling

Compassionate care for teens, adults, and families navigating ADHD

Welcome to a space built for you

Whether you’re a teen, adult, or parent navigating the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm — you’re not alone. At Coast Therapy, we believe neurodiversity is not a deficit, but a different way of experiencing the world.  We offer counselling designed specifically for ADHD minds — creative, curious, and sometimes a little chaotic. Our practice is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in compassion.

ADHD Counselling
What Makes Us Different
  • ADHD-Focused Therapy
We understand how ADHD affects everything — work, school, relationships, self-worth. We specialize in helping you turn overwhelm into strategy, shame into self-trust.
  • Flexible Approaches
Traditional therapy can feel rigid. We adapt sessions to your style — whether that means walking meetings, fidget-friendly zones, or using visuals and metaphors to make sense of your inner world.
  • Executive Function Coaching
Get real-life tools for focus, time management, emotional regulation, and motivation — without judgment.
  • Parent & Family Support
ADHD affects the whole family. We offer strategies and support for parents of neurodivergent kids and teens, helping everyone thrive.
Common Areas We Help With
  • Focus, procrastination & motivation
  • Emotional dysregulation & rejection sensitivity
  • Anxiety, depression & burnout
  • Self-esteem & imposter syndrome
  • Relationship challenges
  • School/work transitions

A Warm First Session
We meet you where you’re at — no pressure

Collaborative Plans
You help shape the direction of your therapy. ADHD means your needs shift — your care plan should, too.

Visual mapping, analogies, habit tracking, gamified goal-setting, mindfulness with movement — we use what works for your brain.
