Fostering professional growth through student placements and expert mentorship
At Coast Therapy, we believe in lifelong learning and sharing knowledge across all stages of professional development. Our clinics are active learning environments where students and practitioners alike gain hands-on experience and mentorship from an experienced interdisciplinary team.

UBC Students
We are proud to support University of British Columbia students through clinical placements and mentorship. Our team provides a rich, real-world learning environment where students can apply evidence-based principles, develop clinical reasoning, and learn the value of patient-centered, collaborative care.
Kinesiology Students
Our Kinesiology student placements offer practical experience in exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and movement education. Students work alongside experienced clinicians to bridge academic knowledge with hands-on practice, gaining confidence in clinical communication and client care.
Chiropractic Students
We provide opportunities for chiropractic students to observe and engage in interdisciplinary practice. These experiences emphasize integration between manual therapy, exercise-based rehab, and patient education—helping future chiropractors understand their role within a broader allied health framework.
Shadowing Opportunities (High School to Post-Grad)
Coast Therapy welcomes students at every level who are exploring careers in health and wellness. From high school to postgraduate levels, our shadowing experiences provide insight into day-to-day clinical practice, patient interaction, and the diverse paths within allied healthcare.
Courses We Teach
Our team members actively teach professional development courses across Canada. These include workshops in manual therapy, rehabilitation, and specialized areas such as TMJ care and pain management. (Visit our Upcoming Courses page to learn more about what’s coming next.)
Community Workshops
We believe that education shouldn’t stop at the clinic doors. Our community workshops bring health and movement education directly to the public—covering topics like injury prevention, workplace wellness, and managing persistent pain through active strategies.
