You do not need a doctor’s referral or prior ICBC approval to access these pre-approved treatments, but you will need your ICBC claim number.
If additional treatment is needed after the initial 12-week period, your healthcare provider can submit a treatment plan to ICBC for consideration. Coverage and approval depend on your individual claim and clinical needs.
